Tony Sanchez is a former pro baseball catcher. He played in MLB from 2013 to 2017 for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves. He was selected 4th overall in the 2009 MLB draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates, and became just the third catcher out of Boston College to be selected in the MLB Draft, and also the highest draft pick in Boston College history.
