Rudy Owens is a former pro baseball pitcher. He played in MLB for the Houston Astros. The Pittsburgh Pirates drafted Owens in the 28th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft. In 2009, Owens was named the Pittsburgh Pirates' Minor League Pitcher of the Year.
