Chase Elliott is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series. Elliott began racing in the Cup Series on a full-time basis in 2016, replacing the legendary Jeff Gordon behind the wheel of the No. 24 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports, during which he was named the 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Rookie of the Year.
